The rules for using this site: who may have an account, what you may upload, who owns it, and what happens when something is wrong.
This service is operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} ("we", "us"), reachable at {{POSTAL_ADDRESS}}. The service is a hosting platform for personal photos and video: account holders upload their own material and choose whether it is public, unlisted or private.
By creating an account, signing in, or uploading anything, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Questions about any of this, or a takedown: abuse@18plus.vg.
Signup records the version of these terms you accepted, the time, and the IP address you accepted them from, so the acceptance is auditable.
Uploading any of the following ends the account and is reported to the relevant authority. There is no warning step for the first four.
To host your content we need permission to actually move it around. By uploading, you grant {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to store, reproduce, encode, transcode, make thumbnails and previews from, transmit, display and distribute your content, with or without a link you created, for the purpose of running and promoting the service.
The licence lasts while your content is on the service. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except that we may keep (a) copies in backups and caches for a short, reasonable period, (b) copies we are required to keep by law, and (c) copies already downloaded or shared by other people, which we cannot reach.
We do not sell your content and we do not claim ownership of it. Rights holders can still send a takedown notice about content you uploaded — see /dmca.
We respond to properly-formed copyright takedown notices, and we pass them on to the account holder where the law requires. The procedure, the address and the counter-notice route are set out in full at /dmca.
Accounts that repeatedly infringe other people's copyright are terminated. We keep a record of notices and strikes for that purpose.
Report anything that breaks these terms — child safety, non-consensual imagery, doxxing, threats or any other illegal content — to abuse@18plus.vg, or by using the report control on the page holding the content. Include the URL and as much detail as you can.
A report does not remove content by itself. A human reviews every report and decides; until then the content stays up. We do not run automatic takedowns from reports, because reports can be wrong or abusive.
We can remove content, disable a link, or close an account at our discretion when a report is upheld.
This is a small, self-hosted service. It comes with no promise of uptime, no promise of durability and no promise of backups. Hardware fails, disks fill, links rot.
Keep the only copy of anything you care about somewhere else. That is a condition of using the service, not a suggestion.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law of {{JURISDICTION}}, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded — including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent legislation elsewhere — and nothing here limits any right you have under {{JURISDICTION}} law.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law of {{JURISDICTION}}, {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost data, lost profit, lost followers, reputational damage, or the acts of other users of the service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and (b) AUD 100.
Where liability cannot be limited but can be limited in a different way, our liability is limited to supplying the service again.
These limits apply even if we were told about the possibility of the loss, and they survive the end of your account.
You agree to indemnify {{LEGAL_ENTITY}} against claims, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, from your breach of these terms, or from your infringement of anyone else's rights.
We may update these terms. Each version carries a number and a date ({{LAST_UPDATED}}); the version in force is shown on this page and recorded whenever an account is created. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, delete your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without limiting any mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to where you live. Notices to us go to {{POSTAL_ADDRESS}} or to {{ABUSE_EMAIL}}.
REVIEW WITH COUNSEL BEFORE LAUNCH — nothing on this page is final until each of these is filled with the real value and the wording is approved.
